LOAN FOR PERSONAL NEEDS

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

to apply for a Consumer Loan

A. PRE-APPROVAL

1. Loan application form - provided by the Bank;

2.The applicant's ID copies;

3. Copy of the Labour contract certifying that the applicant has been hired for undetermined period of time and copies of the additional act/s to this contract, if the case;

4. Copy of the Labour Book updated and according to the original, signed by the empowered persons;

5. Salary statement signed by the employer certifying the applicant's net salary and other details (i.e. currency, salary adjustment clause);

6. In case of business owners a fiscal income declaration is required and documents which can define the income profile of the company (Constitutive Deeds, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account, Decision for Profit distribution);

7. The last 3-month statement of the credit card if any;

8. The same documents are needed for the spouse;

9. Any other document supporting the application related to applicant's monthly income details;

10.Copy of the last invoice for utilities (water, gas or electricity)

B. FINAL APPROVAL

1. The ownership documents of the property to be mortgage (sale-purchase contract etc.);

2. Cadastral file and property registration;

3. Valuation Report for immovable asset prepared by a company agreed by the Bank;

4. Fiscal Certificate issued by the Tax Authority where the immovable asset is located;

5. Land register excerpt issued by the OCPI of the district where the immovable is located;

6. Any other documents related to the immovable assets to be mortagaged;

The applicant must conclude a House Insurance to be assigned in favor of the bank (if the property to be mortgaged is land, such policy will not be required).
